The BBC has released the breathtaking trailer above for the BBC One documentary, Planet Earth II. Narrated by none other than Sir David Attenborough, as he returns for the second series as well, the trailer above showcases the awesomeness of the planet that we live in and what viewers have in store.
The original Planet Earth that made its debut a decade ago was the most expensive documentary commissioned by the BBC as well as their first HD, taking five years to produce. Planet Earth II is no less impressive, with the six episode epic documentary series filmed over four years across 64 different countries in ultra-HD. With new developments in technology, the filmmakers were able to get even closer to their subjects, capturing mesmerizing imagery to get the viewer even closer to nature. Planet Earth II will air on BBC One in November.
