F1 Vision Concept 2025 by Antonio Paglia

A glimpse of what the sport of Formual One might look like in 2025, Antonio Paglia’s 2025 F1 vision concept is the racer of the future.

When it comes to masterful aerodynamic design its hard to beat the incredible engineering of fighter jets such as the F-111 and the F-15E. So why has it taken so long to incorporate key structural elements of the fighter jet into earthbound vehicles?

This question has been answered with extraordinary style by Behance automobile designer Antonio Paglia. A glimpse of what the sport of Formula One might look like in 2025, Paglia’s new vision concept is nothing if not the F1 car of the future.

Unlike current F1 cars, the 2025 racer features a lower height profile, more curvaceous body panels, an entirely redesigned rear wing, bulging side pods, and various fins that protrude from the body. It is powered by a hybrid engine and supported by significantly larger wheels.

But perhaps the most striking thing about the 2025 F1 vision concept is its transparent roof, which covers the driver in much the same way that the aircraft canopy of a fighter jet covers the pilot in the cockpit. This futuristic Perspex component is integrated seamlessly into the body of the automobile.

Race fans can’t wait to see drivers in this this space-aged new design. With the added protection the jet fighter-style canopy would provide, Formula One might rethink the hideous halo head protection that it has instituted for the 2018 racing season.
