The Dalmore 50 Year Old Single Malt begins its journey in American white oak Bourbon casks, spending time in Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, Port Colheita pipes, and finally finessed in Domaine Henri Giraud Champagne casks for 50 days. The 50 year old whiskey is then hand-filled upon request into a Baccarat crystal decanter that’s housed in a case crafted by furniture makers at LINLEY. Limited to 50 decanters worldwide, we can think of no better way to celebrate a Master Distiller’s legacy.
